Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our team is here to ensure your treasure chest is filled with only the perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Send a direct message to our official Facebook or Instagram page with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of receipt.

• 2.
  Await Verification

  Our team will review your request to ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags and packaging intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Treasure Back

  Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our warehouse via your preferred local courier; please note that return shipping fees are covered by the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Exchange or Credit

  After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will ship out your replacement item or issue a store credit voucher within 3 to 5 business days.
